I have been working with Favorites for over 10 years and It has always been a very good experience! that's why i couldn't leave! They are very accommodating with my schedule and prompt with their response in emails and calls. I could not thank enough working with Jillian and Molly.

This is the absolute WORST agency I've ever worked at. So I've only been working for them for only two months. I had my first orientation at a renouned hospital in Boston. I was excited and couldnt wait to work. The PAY rate SUCKS! But I figured for a per diem job, why not. I went to the orientation, the supervisor was TWENTY MINUTES LATE! Secondly, it was long. The pay rate for orientation was basically $5.00 an hour for eight hours after taxes were deducted. THEY DIDNT TELL ME THAT. I wouldn't have even wasted my time. SECONDLY, the individual that calls to book employees for hours, called me. I told him that I was going on an impromptu vacation. His said "Oh so you Wasted our time to book you for orientation only to not pick hours" Excuse me, Last time I checked this was a per diem job. IT TOOK TWO WHOLE WEEKS for them to pay me for orientation. If my coworker hadn't called me to tell me that there was an error with the hospital's pay schedule, FAVORITE STAFFING, did not tell me a thing. I recieved my deposit on a SATURDAY, Two whole weeks after orientation, I was very surprised to see a measly $46.37. WOW! So I called the office on MONDAY MORNING. The unprofessional individual that sits behind the desk all day and called me a waste of time picked up and started ranting about how I was told and I should have known. So I wanted to talk to the lady that interviewed me. I was told that she was on a conference call and I would have to call back in an hour. And I did. They put me on hold again. And then after TEN whole minutes of being on hold, the phone hung up. I called back again and asked the RECEPTIONIST, and he told me that the lady was on another telephone call. Then I told them I would be coming to the office. Oh behold, litterally less than 30 seconds later this BUSY lady called me back. BOY WAS SHE RUDE. I just wanted to ask her why the check ws so low. BUT ITS ALL GOOD. I'm trying to right and pay for school to get a better life for me and my family. But I no longer work there and I just wanted other hard working CNA's to be AWARE. Never have I seen such rudeness from a "proffesional company"...Honey Please!
