Dear Janet, I just received your letter and on behalf of our entire family I want to thank you for offering your condolences, support and services. Please know that Megan and Kelly went above and beyond to ensure my father was cared for with compassion. Megan was able to provide the pain relief that kept my father peaceful and comfortable. With every visit she would communicate the details of my father's condition as well as the necessary adjustments of the medicines. Kelly would also check in with me to offer support to our family knowing that it is a difficult time for us. She was patient and kind with her communication and it was very calming to our family. It's such a relief to know that a family member is at peace during their final days of life. I will continue to be a strong advocate for Salmon VNA and Hospice and will continue to recommend your services to friends, coworkers, etc. My family would like to pass along our gratitude as well as a request that Megan and Kelly be recognized for their exceptional service and care. Sincerely, Dan Howard and Family

My Mom has been with Salmon Hospice since October 2017. We have been fortunate to have the same nurse since day one, Julie Hayward. She has been truly remarkable, very knowledgeable and caring. I can't tell you how much Julie has helped us over the past year and made me a more relaxed and confident care giver. My Mom looks forward to her visits and always has a big smile for Julie.

I have had services from Salmon VNA Milford many times. Their nurses have all been wonderful to me. I will say the last couple of years I have had a nurse that is amazing. She is always there for me, she takes great care of me. She knows here wound care and ostomy care like no-one else. My family is very grateful that I have a great nurse like her. They speak very highly of her. I honestly don't know what I would do without Kristy Havey. I have had many nurses in and out of hospitals and she is the best darn nurse I ever had. Thank you Kristy for everything! ?

Our home care nurse made numerous calls to the pediatrician and the UKbfusion company to get everything arranged for our son toh get his antibiotics at home today. We have worked with two nurses. They collaborated with each other and there was never a need to 'catch anybody up.' The use today was professional, knowledgable and very caring to both our son and his parents. Very comforting!
