    Trying to reach these people for over TWO WEEKS by phone... All I get {and you will too is the generic "Due to heavier than normal blah, blah blah"... And "Please listen carefully as our menu blah, blah, blah"... And " If this is an emergency hang up and dial 911" blah, blah, blah... I have yet to reach a human... I'm leaving them for good this time... Same thing happened two yrs. ago... I guess I'm the dummy for trying them again...

    After a recent visit to. CapeCod Healthcare facility, I was handed a knee brace by an associate there. I said I had a brace at home and she said this was better. The brace, a DeRoyal Warrior, sells for about $125. - $179 most everywhere. Cape Medical Supply charged me $677 for the exact same brace. I phoned them and asked to negotiate the price based on this info. They declined, telling me I was told the cost up front. That is a lie. If anyone had told me the cost, I would have refused the brace.

    Avoid at all costs they messed my fitting for my CPAP and pushed a nasal mask on me I have bad sinus issues and this was literally suffocating me at night they never even showed me a full face mask at the fitting I requested a refit they mailed me a mask based on the measurements of the guy who messed up the first fitting. I still had fitting issues My doctor had their rep call Cape and yell at them they offered another refit and to show me 3 brands of full face masks well when they called me they were saying reteach so they had no intention in showing me more than the 1 brand of resmed mask.. This all caused my usage to be low and my insurance to deny the claim they did not have the decency to tell me through a call or letter they just sent a huge bill BEWARE this company will take advantage of you and your insurance.

    Near impossible to get some on the phone, if you have a problem with your machine "you" have to drive to one of their repair shops which aren't too close. Getting fed up after having them for years. Might have to find new company.

    TheVery professional and well educated people. In the course of waiting for my CPAP machine I had the benefit of talking to 3 or 4 different individuals by phone. Each person that I talked to was very polite, patient and knowledgeable about my particular needs. On the day that I was scheduled to receive my machine I was a bit nervous because of a very pour experience I had with another company that has since gone out of business. The waiting room was relaxing and comfortable the receptionist was polite and assured me that my wait would not be long. In fact my wait was hardly five minutes and I was 15 minutes early! The technician, Fordson (? hope I got the spelling right) greeted me with a smile and a good handshake. We spent close to 2hours going over the device and teaching me how to use it. I only wish I could give them 10 stars. These are hard working good honest people here with many years of experience under them. What ever your medical needs you can not go wrong by doing business with Cape Medical Supply. BTW... Don't forget to check out the antique wheel chair!
