    They love you when you buy but ignore you when you need repairs! I purchased two very expensive scooters from Apple ($2,000 and $3,000) and they loved me. I then called and asked to buy a cup holder and they were too busy. Sunday, the steering broke on $3,000 scooter and they told me their "repair guy" is on vacation. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Apple Home Care doesn't care!!!!

    Hello,my name is jim.i live in worcester,mass.i have 18 years in health care as a cna,the last 7 in home health, as a live in care taker.i have been using apple home care for the same amount of time.they have an excellent selection of pretty much any personal care item you would need to care for someone at home.the staff is friendly and helpful.they have easy accessibility and good parking,AND they rent,as well as sell hospital beds.i recently purchased a full electric bed from them.which they delivered to the house and set up.within a few months the footboard was making a very loud noise,being under warrantee, I contacted the manufacturer, who agreed to ship a replacement.but I would have to arrange for the installation, much to my relief ,when I reached out to apple home care, they readily agreed to have someone come out to install the replacement part.ironically the replacement part arrived structurally damaged(yet functional)so it was installed. I had to again contact the manufacturer, and have another replacement shipped.and again apple home care sent someone out to install it,throughout this whole ordeal,they were nothing but friendly,helpful,reassuring and patient about the process.they never charged me.i wanted to share this story,as I feel it says a lot about this company.THANK YOU, to everyone at apple home care for the EXCELLENT quality service you provide.

    we are a couple in our fifties and my wife has been stricken with MS. Recently we were happily surprised through apple and received a new power wheel chair. so the batteries went dead about 6months later. the company said it was our fault . I called numerous times to try and reason with these people because they wanted to charge us 600.00 for new batteries. In the meantime I had to charge the dead batteries in our old chair and they are fully charged. why couldn't I recharge the batteries to the new chair? checked into it and more than one expert told me that the quality of the new ones were subpar. the company told me to take a hike. imagine if it were the elderly and disabled that cant defend themselves. we feel for them. I am sending letters to as many agencies as I can to let them know if you recommend APPLE the agency should be responsible also. the owner should fire these people and then go home and take a shower to remove the stench.

    From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted by a smiling friendly person , (Joanie), who went well out of her way to do everything possible to help me. My insurance would not cover the items I needed, (BC/BS) , she offered me a discount, however I just don't have the extra money currently. I did not let her know that, nor ask for anything out of the ordinary for assistance. Joanie told me to hold on, went out back and found me a discontinued line she had brand new in the box and GAVE THEM TO ME AT NO CHARGE!!! She told me she hated to see anyone who needed help not get it!! What a wonderful person!!! I told her I would be back, and I will for sure. I have been in sales/customer service for 30 years, and she shows attributes that only the best of the best have. GOD BLESS HER!! I hope the folks around her value her as the dedicated professional she is.

    There used to be an older woman who ran the front and she was friendly and personable. Today, I got the we don't have what you need but maybe we can order it for you next week, call us. They also said to my husband that the recliner he was sitting in was "not a waiting area" and slid a chair at him. I am an ER nurse who had recommended a lot of business their way, not any more.
