this is the most irresponsible company i have ever dealt with. Untrained and unhelpful staff - loss of records, and incredible incompetence.

The customer service is really bad. They are rude and unprofessional .My doctor fax over my supplies for my CPAP machine four weeks ago (27Aug14). I called a few days after to confirm it was sent. Melissa said she receive it and it will be process in a few days. I waited for three weeks and then I called her back on Thursday and she said I should have it on Monday 15Sep14. It never came. I waited until Friday (19Sep14) to call back. Someone else said that she will called me back, Well she did, Today (23Sep14) I called Melissa back and she was not at her desk. Yeah right. Ok, so someone else said they could help me. She look at my file and said that Melissa NEEDED MY INSURANCE TO PROCESS MY SUPPLIES. I said "are you serious! I told her my doctor already fax it over and Melissa said it was process and I should have had it last week. Then she started to override me every time I ask a question. She wouldn't let me talk. Then she said you will have to speak to Melissa and put me on hold. I hang up and called my Insurance company and change supply company. I don't think they realize that these supplies to help me breath while sleeping. This is my LIFE. I know they move from Beltsville to Rosedale, MD, but I think the left their professionalism and compassion in Beltsville. Very bad experience Robert.
