Great place to get your cpap

Avoid at all costs. This company has billed me twice for the total amount of a CPAP machine that I was supposed to be making installments on. Automatic draft of $1000 one month and they refunded that and then the next month an automatic draft of $800. Both times they assured me the payment was $200. Not trustworthy; they're taking advantage of a disabled veteran's family.

I purchased a complex power chair with elevation, rotate and recline functions from Bay State Medical. I am happy with the chair but, after 2 years of ownership, I am very unhappy with the service. My only mobility is through the use of this chair. Without it, I can't move; I can't go anywhere. Therefore, when I have a serious problem with my chair, I need to discuss it someone. However, when I call, I have to leave a message. Frequently, they are not returned. If my original call is in the morning, I'll call back in the afternoon and again leave a message. Seldom does the scheduler answer the phone, leaving no other opportunity than to leave messages. I have gone as long as 3 days before getting a return call. After finally making contact, I was promised a return call before the day was over. I never received the call. Bay State shows no appreciation for the needs of the handicapped. Since I can't walk, I am completely dependent on my chair to get around. When I'm having problems, I need a quick response. I don't get that from Bay State Medical. Even if they don't have an answer for my problem at that moment, it's important to keep me informed, not ignore me. If I'm not able to move, I need to know the status so I can make plans or change existing plans. Bay State Medical does not recognize that need, or if they do, it has not been demonstrated to me. Therefore, I suggest you take your business to a more responsive facility.

I made a 10:00 AM appointment to be shown how to use a CPAP machine (at this location) for the first time. I arrived at 10:00 AM, and I was asked to wait a moment. A few minutes later, I was escorted by their very friendly patient trainer to an inner office and was very pleased with the professional attitude, and careful, clear instructions I was given. I left in less than 30 minutes with the knowledge that the staff cared about me and my well being. I cannot ask for more.
