After a mix-up about delivery of a hospital bed for my handicapped daughter, the CEO of Spectrum, Steve, was most apologetic and managed to fix all the problems with alacrity. I am very impressed with his good will. Seems the company has been around for a long time and values its reputation and efficiency. Dealing with all the stipulations of the government (Medicare & Medicaid) in securing medical devices for patients is NOT easy. Commendations are in order.

My wheelchair developed a frozen wheel on a Friday morning. i called Spectrum but their service people had all left for the day. Nevertheless, the manager came to my house after about an hour and quickly and cheerfully fixed the problem. Service couldn't have been better.

The worst service ever Spectrum Medical gave me the run around for 90 days all i needed was a replacement seat for my power chair.Spectrum medical blamed Medicare competitive beading on not helping me.My next step is "Congress" woman Eleanor Holmes Norton,advocate for the disable.feb.7,2017
