I called to confirm my appointment the young lady that answered was polite and courteous. The staff is great, I was greeted less than a minute after I arrived. I was helped by Shannon, who was an awesome rep. Great personality, was through with her demonstration of my product and fun to work with. My experience was great.

My aunt was in need of a lift and had previously called to confirm an order. She was told that she needed to call back two days before the lift was needed to secure her order. We called over five times, left messages for Mary in customer service, and our calls were never returned. We were told that Mary was the only person available to place orders with. It's very poor customer service and, quite frankly, ridiculous that a company requires you to place an order 48 hours in advance but will not actually call back to place said order. We will not be using Binson's in the future and have placed an order with an incredibly accommodating company called Hart.

I waited and waited with another DME supplier and they were no help. I called Binsons and they had a rollabout in stock i sent my daughter to go get it and the staff was so helpful and nice and told her she would be leaving with one for her Mom... thanks so much

I called and made an appointment for 3:00. I arrived at 3:00 exactly. I signed in as the sign said due to the woman behind the counter being busy with another person. I waited an hour as people came in 10, 15, 20 and 30 minutes after me. Each person was helped by fire me. At 4:00 I asked the woman how much longer will it be. She said around 20 more minutes. I said why I had a 3:00 appointment? She looked at me like I was stupid and did not say anything. I left and will never go back.

If I could review with no stars I would. We went in for compression stockings for my husband. He waited for 2 hours just to tell him he needed an appt. Mind you, there were no customers. My husband works an hour away so of course they have no late appts.We left, went around the corner to Hart med. Walked in, no appt needed, they fitted him, went in the back and got them. In and out in 20 minutes. Will never go back to Binsons!! Very rude people, they never answer the phone at the boutique, and you will never get a call back!
