I have come to realize that this company is a professional bluffing facility,, the care my mother received while in their care seemingly was very good, until they used up her hospice insurance when her assessments did not qualify her for hospice care,, when her insurance was all used up they sent her home, now that she is home, I personally care for her, it has been four days now that she has been home and reverance has not even called to my knowlage to check on her, they sent her home with bedsores, (caused by not turning her in bed often enough) sores under her breast, and a hurt sholder,my mom tells me they only changed her briefs once a day.. As her caregiver I have noticed that she has no control over her bowel movements, and needs to be checked and changed hourly, that was never even discussed we me by reverance, I feel that this place is one of the biggest insurance fraud offenders possible,, they say they are under staffed and I think that is bull sh** . when they were charging moms insurance 7000.00 every five days, I also feel that the state needs to pay unannounced visits to this facility, and I say that for what I witnessed while visiting my mother, if you chose to admit your loved one to this facility you need to pay close attention to them. Do not leave the room when they come in to supposedly administer care to your loved one. If their rating scale had a negative five star rating it still would not be low enough..

8ve have been waiting 2 weeks for this company to schedule an Aide to assist with my personal home care. No fallss, no show, no anything. Physical Therapist said she has contacted them to schedule several times. Ive tried contacting her to find get information and no response. Im done, and will be contacting my insurance company about billing.

We have been waiting 5 days and despite pleading and phone calls, I have yet been unsuccessful in getting any morphine for my Mother who is in her last days of hospice. She can no longer swallow and desperately needs the concentrated morphine that only hospice can provide. Phone calls go unreturned. I begged for a social worker visit--nothing. I finally had to purchase other supplies myself--bed pads, gloves but I cannot obtain the morphine myself. This is the worst medical care experience I have ever come across. For my first hospice experience, this has been a nightmare. Their incompetence is cruel--hospice patients like my Mother don't have the luxury of time. I only gave one star because the web site would not allow me to give zero.

They really dont care about anyone. They spend all their time coming up with ways to not help you. I was released from the hospital 3 1/2 weeks ago. The hospital said it was setup for them to come out right after I got home. I call them and they say I have to have Dr orders to see them. Didn't the hospital not send Doctor s orders? Apparently that wasn't good enough. They tell me To go to my primary care to get a referral. I manage to get into my primary care Dr 2 weeks after being released from the hospital. She put in a referral.. So then I spend another week trying to get Reverance to come out. Finally after another 8 days someone comes out. All they did was sign me up to their program. So another 3 days have passed and no one comes out. I get told that I have to see an infectus disease Dr. Apparently my primary care was not good enough. So this appointment is 4 weeks after being released from the hospital. I have venus status ulcers on my legs below the knees down to my feet. They get infected easily. I have been in the hospital 6 times in the last 13 months. So i have bandages on my legs that have been there for over 10 days. I have no bandage supplies to put on myself. These bandages are supposed to be changed daily. So my legs stink-- badly. My family can't stand Being in the house with me. Not just the same room but the same house.!!!! I have been self medicating with some antibiotics that I had left from another infection. Its just enough to keep me from being seriously sick. I can't do this any more. I just want to give up all together. God I stink.

Wouldn't trust my pets with these people let alone another loved one. Medical and proffessional abandonment. Need a way to give negative stars?
