There's a reason this company has such a low rating. We lucked out with an amazing nurse, and that is the ONLY reason we are still with them. Otherwise I would be firing this company and going with another. The substitute nurses have been sub par...each rushing the job and acting like they'd rather be somewhere else. One had a bad attitude the second she stepped into our home-offering a sarcastic comment the moment she walked through the door. No compassion there. Our experience with their so-called 24/7 line has been a joke. We were told at the onset to call the line if we had any problems and a nurse would be able to walk us through any PICC line or wound vac issues. Twice we've needed to contact them; both times leaving a message with their answering service. First time, we received no return call. Second time we got a call back 6 hours later! When you're dealing with sick, vulnerable and scared patients who are relying on your medical expertise, this is completely unacceptable!! Two of my husband's doctors even tried calling this company since we weren't getting a response and the doctors never got a call back either. There are several other issues as well, but the bottom line is...if given the choice, do not use this company.

Horrible place to work. 3 maybe 4 RN's will be leaving. MGT uses fear and intimidation best work practices against the nurses.

I have come to realize that this company is a professional bluffing facility,, the care my mother received while in their care seemingly was very good, until they used up her hospice insurance when her assessments did not qualify her for hospice care,, when her insurance was all used up they sent her home, now that she is home, I personally care for her, it has been four days now that she has been home and reverance has not even called to my knowlage to check on her, they sent her home with bedsores, (caused by not turning her in bed often enough) sores under her breast, and a hurt sholder,my mom tells me they only changed her briefs once a day.. As her caregiver I have noticed that she has no control over her bowel movements, and needs to be checked and changed hourly, that was never even discussed we me by reverance, I feel that this place is one of the biggest insurance fraud offenders possible,, they say they are under staffed and I think that is bull sh** . when they were charging moms insurance 7000.00 every five days, I also feel that the state needs to pay unannounced visits to this facility, and I say that for what I witnessed while visiting my mother, if you chose to admit your loved one to this facility you need to pay close attention to them. Do not leave the room when they come in to supposedly administer care to your loved one. If their rating scale had a negative five star rating it still would not be low enough..

8ve have been waiting 2 weeks for this company to schedule an Aide to assist with my personal home care. No fallss, no show, no anything. Physical Therapist said she has contacted them to schedule several times. Ive tried contacting her to find get information and no response. Im done, and will be contacting my insurance company about billing.

We have been waiting 5 days and despite pleading and phone calls, I have yet been unsuccessful in getting any morphine for my Mother who is in her last days of hospice. She can no longer swallow and desperately needs the concentrated morphine that only hospice can provide. Phone calls go unreturned. I begged for a social worker visit--nothing. I finally had to purchase other supplies myself--bed pads, gloves but I cannot obtain the morphine myself. This is the worst medical care experience I have ever come across. For my first hospice experience, this has been a nightmare. Their incompetence is cruel--hospice patients like my Mother don't have the luxury of time. I only gave one star because the web site would not allow me to give zero.
