Employed by the state government to assist the people and you're going to hang up on someone? What kind of worthless people are being employed? I'm beyond upset with the amount of professionalism presented but employees of the state government. This issue needs to be fixed.

The caseworker shut off my benefits for failure to comply. When I asked what she needed, she couldn't tell me because she didn't know. I had to call Lansing to find out what my caseworker needed...only to be told that I needed to provide (yesterday) what I only just found out what I needed (today). If I had access to a time machine, I wouldn't need services. The caseworkers don't know how to do their jobs, and they don't care about the people they are suppose to help. Their goal seems to be to do as little actual work as possible. I shouldn't have had to call Lansing to find out what my caseworker needed - my caseworker should have found that information. Maybe I should apply for her job, since I already had to do it.

First experience was very pleasant. I was expecting my experience to be all dramatic and terrible. But overall the staff were smiling and very friendly and helpful. I could not have asked for a better experience.

Unfriendly and Rude. They deserve a half star or no stars at all.

Doesnt even deserve 1 star. Been on the phone at least 2x per week for the last MONTH and have only received 1 call back (after calling my case worker's supervisor) during which he left a vm and didn't give me a time to contact him or call back so we are back to square one. Just got DENIED food assistance because nobody will return my calls to help me w/ the paperwork or set up an appointment.
