My mom is a current patient there. For about a week and a half. Everytime I have been up their most of the staff has been rude and standing around talking and laughing while majority of the nurse lights are blinking. My mom has told me she waits hours at a time for help. Tonight she called me and asked me to come up there or call them because the lack of care she is getting. This place is a joke and spectrum should be embarrassed with the quality of care at this establishment. I will be reporting this and looking for a different facility for my mom.

The worst place I've ever seen. Spectrum health should be ashamed of themselves. They are not a top 15 in the nation. The board of directors need to pull their heads out of the dirt. And focus on the patients.

My daughter has been diagnosed with Breast Cancer and it has spread to her bones. She had cancer at 17 and the treatment from that is what caused this. Her oncologist treated her like she was nothing. They called her and stated that they were running ahead of scheduled and could she come in, she arrived 30 minutes early. She sat in the waiting room for 60-90 minutes before they moved her to a room. She waited in the room for 30 minutes and no one came. At this point she just left, as she walked out there was no one around. The receptionists had left and she could not even find a nurse. Thank you very much Dr Campbell.

Nope. Terrible. My dad suffered a brain injury and he needed to be placed here before he could go to a rehab facility. This place smelled like pee, like they never even bothered to clean the elevators. The facility itself is a crap hole. Most of the staff were terrific that's why I couldn't even rate it one star. The NA's were great and the RN's were polite. EXCEPT for one who honestly ruined it for me. I came in to visit my father and he was very irritated and kept getting out of his chair (he was a fall risk) So she rolled her eyes and started 'gossiping' to me about how he'd been up and down all day. Unfortunately it's her job to take care of him. and even more unfortunate she felt the need to be rude about it. If you don't like your job then quit and stop making patients and their family's feel miserable in your presence.
