I left a voicemail on Monday the 24th of August and was having great difficulty with my newly purchased CPAP machine. Had it for a week and have not been able to get through the night...really needed help adjusting it or suggestions or something. It's Thursday, August 27th...and nobody has bothered to call me back. Nice customer service. Glad I can count on them....... Poorly operated and poorly managed until I feel otherwise. I had to give them "a star" in order to post this...that is being too gracious.

I was first impressed that they were taking what I thought was special effort to get my nebulizer to me. Out of curiosity, I googled the device - a Probasics Rite-Neb3 - to see what one would go for had I bought it without a prescription. So, what do you think a device for which just my COPAY was over $190? $300? $400? Nope. On average, they can be had new, complete for $45, less on ebay... Not sure what all the extra money buys me? I think that when my insurance statement comes in, I'll let them know what I just discovered. Just smacks of fraud...

If I could give negative stars I would. I was playing phone tag with this company for literally six months to get new supplies. Trouble finally came to a peak when, after two months of back and forth trying to get new supplies, I called and asked what my order status was and they had no record of it. I hung up and called a new supplier that next minute.
