    W & F were my CPAP provider several years ago. I could never get the rep to understand that my machine had an air filter which needed periodic replacement. After countless fruitless attempts to explain what I needed (including bringing my machine in to show the type I needed, I wound up cutting up my own pieces of foam and making my own. A year later, I brought my malfunctioning machine in for service. They promptly lost my machine. When I complained in person, they transferred my account to another location. World class customer service..NOT. Never again Wright & Filippis.

    I am a medical provider . . . this place is terrible. I have a patient who is developing bed sores and pneumonia while bedbound because these guys can't get around to making their appointment with him to fix the wheelchair that they at one point billed medicare for many, many thousands of dollars sometime over the last few years. These wheelchairs come w/ a 5 year medicare paid warranty. Guess once the $$ is in their pocket they don't feel the need to service anymore, even though this is part of the conditions of participation that Medicare holds them to. It seems some of the confusion was with scheduling his repair. When I finally got through to their office manager she told me they don't have the staff to properly call patient's ahead of time to make appointments. Disappointing experience to say the least for my patient who is now dealing with pneumonia and bedsores. Do yourself a favor and find a ma and pop DME company who cares about their patients as much as they do about their wallets.

    They don't even deserve a one this place was so aweful the staff in the front was rude they don't great u when u come in then the billing lady or whoever she is decided to argue with me about a piece of paper that was already in my possession. I just had back surgery and I went for a follow up and my doctor said they even gave me the wrong brace so I'm not going to heal correctly because it's the wrong one and you guys told me my insurance would only cover one so I thank you because now my back will not heal properly and I will never ever go to any of these places again.

    Overcharged me, double of what it costs in pretty much all other places. Wouldn't work on the price at all either. To them, it's nothing but to me it's a lot.

    I had a horrible experience with them. They did not help me with my problem and I ended up having to pay exorbitant prices for useless equipment. I am thougholy dissatisfied and I urge no one to go here.
