This company don't even deserve a 1 score. They never come when they tell you and then call you late in the evening to say I will see you tomorrow. I got behind on my appointments today. You sit and wait all day waiting for them to come and that's all you get. I told them I did not need their services and will be notifying my insurance to make sure they don't charge the insurance companies. What a waste of time. When I was working if I no call no showed you can bet for sure I would have been fired. I feel sorry for the elderly patients that have to use them. They are being played like a fiddle, but I put a stop to it. They get paid 175$ an hour to do what, come if they want to or whenever they get ready, suppose to come on Wednesday, call you Wednesday evening saying is it okay if I come tomorrow, REALLY I thank God I had family to assist me, because if I had depended on them I would be dead. I hope and pray I never need their (pretend) services AGAIN. I will be letting my doctor know this as soon as I see her.

I've spent many agonizing months going through red tape to get home help, and unfortunately that job was given to Universal Home Health Care, who are incommunicado. I'm thinking they just ruined that entire process and I'll have to start again -- even though the process itself was so unbearable that at one point I attempted suicide and was hospitalized. Maybe they'll still come around. They might actually get a hold of me at some point, but I doubt it. They have become instrumental in the suffering that I am enduring.
