The person on the phone was not very informative. Actually, I felt a bad vibe from the person who answered the phone. Upon answering, the man simply said "hello," without giving any other info. He was then skeptical of explaining their services and asked me who I was and why I wanted to know. I explained that I was calling for a group of senior citizens in the Nokomis community, that I am a nursing student at the U of M, and that I am researching all of their possible resources. After I explained what I was doing, he simply stated "we provide PCA services." (Apparently, they do not provide customer service!) He then abruptly ended the conversation. Once I hung up, not 2 minutes had passed before he called me back. I answered "hello" and he asked if I was the University of Minnesota. It seemed like he was checking up on me. I told him, no, but that I was the nursing student that had just called him and that I attend the U of M. He said "oh," and hung up. It all seemed very shady. I do not recommend this place.

This company hires people that are on drugs. They are current drug users. They have people come to the "projects" to stay. The people that are supposed to be watching the "clients" are off doing drugs. These people are doing nothing but ripping off the vounrable. They should be shut down.
