The worst automated system, and then you get some guy that doesn't speak English well, he can't even say your name. I couldn't get him to understand what I needed. I was so frustrated I just hung up, it gives you a local number but connects you someplace outside of the state! Hate Apria's system and I tell everyone, even the mailman who said "wow first time I've ever heard you complain."

Totally unhelpful. Hard to get to speak with a person. If talk to more than one person you get more than one answer to the inquiry! SOOOO sorry my mother's

I changed health insurance companies and needed a new CPAP supplies vendor. I not only need supplies, but a new CPAP machine.) Though I called a local number, I ended up talking to a call center in KC. The young woman I spoke was extraordinarily disinterested - as if I was interrupting whatever she was doing. When I explained my situation, she told me it was their policy not to request medical records / charts / and RX history from physicians for new patients / customers. I was told I needed to retrieve the info and was given a fax number to send the info to. (Seriously - a fax number. Who knew people still used fax machines.) When I asked if they had the means of digitally requesting the info from my physician, whose office would promptly forward the info, I was told their company is a "multi-international company" and too busy to make calls. I kid you not. I was with American Home Patient who by comparison are the gold standard of customer service for CPAP supplies. I guess I (as well as APRIA) need to be thankful the APRIA call center employees did not go into actual medicine. They would have killed all the patients their "multi-national" company needs to exist.

The worst phone system ever!!! Trying to reach your local store is impossible!! Let alone a live person!!!!!!!! One of the reasons I am switching companies!!!!!!!!!!!! I had to give it at least one star otherwise it would have been zero stars!!!!!
