Horrible place to work at. Staff could care less about you and the main owner Mark is one of the worst employers I've ever worked with. Do not even consider working here and go somewhere else where you will be appreciated.

Horrible place to work. I should have known better than to take the job when the Owner, Mark, "interviewed" me (I use that term loosly, as nothing he asked me was relevant to my position or background. He hired me on the spot without even checking my references or my credentials! (That should be a huge red flag to families looking to use them in their home). Never a consistent schedule, you never get the hours they hire you for. They tell their employees to do something then penalize them for it. Barely give you enough time to drive between clients, which are typically clear across town from each other (you also don't get paid drive time, mileage or vehicle wear). The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. One of my regular clients was actually a childhood friend. She left them after I left because they would give her a schedule then not follow it, not notify her of changes, send unqualified people to assist. And to top it all off, I Just found out today they have outright lied on my employee record as for why I left the company and my record as an employee. If I could give them 0 stars I would, I only gave them the one to warn people to stay away!!!

We've been working with this business for years and they care about their clients and are dependable when it comes to communication and trying to make a client comfortable when these services are needed. Also know the owners on a personal level and their dedication to the industry and their staff is top notch!

First, I wouldn't even give them a 1 start but you have to put something. Let me start by saying they are a joke. They require you to work every other weekend but don't even give you the hours you're hired to work to begin with. I was hired to work 30-40hours a week but was only getting maybe 20hours. They are absolutely so rude about everything. The only nice person there is Mandy. They were constantly calling me and switching my visits for the day so I never had a clue what was going on and then they get mad because you make a mistake. They put everything on their caregivers and don't seem to care one bit for their clients. After working for them I would never suggest anyone to have their loved ones in their care.

This company is one of the biggest liars and completely funny bunch of people since they don't fill the hours you need submit incomplete papers and blame everything on their caregivers then when all else fails they drop the client if they can't bully you the man who runs it is rude and stands behind the mistakes made by office staff which tells caregivers
