We were here for a traumatic brain injury from a motorcycle accident. Dr. Sizer was amazing. She was right by his side through all his agitation episodes watching and evaluating his every move. She adjusted his medication and environment to help get him threw very quickly. Her team of very caring and professional nurses, therapist and sitters, were everyday there with smiles, hugs and help in every way they could. When we first got there, I was a little sceptical at the sizes of some of the staff thinking how could they ever handle him. They handled him with love for their jobs and much patience for him. They never seemed to get tired of his agitation. If you have a loved one with a brain injury, this is a great place to be. This is the doctor you should trust. This is the team of professionals you should put your trust in. I will be forever greatful for everyone we worked with.

I took my autistic son Austin to help stop his deadly addiction to cigarettes. Everything went well at first, until the food caterer (I believe his name was Matt) introduced himself to us. He reeked of body odor and my son was starting to throw a fit because the oder was so noticeable. My son ordered the macaroni and it took an awfully long time to come to us. When it finally did, the meal was very cold and smelled of something vile. I will not be bringing my son or anyone in my immediate family here ever again for any sort of care as long as that Matt boy is still working here!

Having just stayed here I would give it 2 stars. Occupational therapy and physical therapy is the only reason of two stars since it's the only positive experience. Food is real bad has no taste and is over cooked. Nurses and LNA do not come when paged some times causing to wait 20 minutes to use restroom. Case manager does not have much of a clue what is going on seems as though there not even aware of anything. Would not recommend to friends or family until there able to fix many of the problems.

Everyone I've talked to has had nothing but good things to say about Northeast Rehab; from the food, to the facilities, to the staff. The staff are especially well-qualified and are trained to work with patients with specialty conditions like stroke. The location is also convenient- I'm able to pick up and drop off my grandfather without hassle!
