    We had used Griswold for many years, on and off, for my 90 year old Grandmothers care. My Aunt had been the one dealing with Griswold. Unfortunately, my Aunt had also fallen ill and had been in rehab for 2 months. Griswold provided service in that time. The service provided was exceptional by care giver Magda. The main issue arose from their manager, Roland Berrebi. Since my Aunt has been in the hospital and rehab herself, the bills that were addressed to her clearly had not been paid. The company had contacted me directly and I informed them that my Aunt was also in the hospital and to please address all billing to myself. I received their billing statement on 09/20. Coincidentally, my Grandmother had fallen that night and will now be the hospital many months. Fast forward now to 9/23 with both my Aunt and Grandmother in the hospital, I received a call from Roland Berrebi demanding to know why the bill wasn't paid and demanding immediate payment. Mind you, we've used this company for years. It seemed he was completely unaware of the situation, although I had just recently spoken to their office and only JUST received the statement for payment. His complete rudeness and unprofessional attitude has completely turned me off from their service, although the other employees and service performed was fine. I was yelled at and spoken down to for a balance of $600...I will be making that full payment on Monday morning and we will be looking elsewhere for Aid service when or if my Grandma ever makes a return home
