I work for the State and one of my clients shared with me her nightmare. Her daughter was at this facility for 2 weeks and then transfer to a different hospital. When my client noticed that her daughter's clothes are no where to be found, she called Monmouth Medical Center and the person who answered the phone was rude and disrespectful, eventually she hanged up the phone on my client. It's been a month now and my client still doesn't know what happened with her daughter's clothes. I will get to the bottom of this because NOBODY deserves to be treated the way my client was. My client just came to USA couple months ago from Puerto Rico looking for a better treatment for her daughter and this is what she has to deal with? All she is asking is for her belongings and the hospital is responsible for it. What type of customer service are you providing to the clients? Not the ideal one in my opinion.

My son was in a minor car accident in 2015. He was a student at Monmouth university. When the bill was received after the insurance paid their portion I applied for charity care. In 2016 in the fall was told he was approved. Now we are getting billed again. There is no records he was approved. Have made four phone calls to billing within this past week and no one returns my call. Great customer service. In one week you can't call back? Disgusting . I only hope the care is better then the billing

On a recent visit to the ER, the experience of the visit was exceptional. The medical team identified the problem correctly and escalated appropriately. The nursing staff was also very supportive and professional.

I visited the ER for an emergency care (way back in 2008). I was surprised by the care and attention I received there. As I didn't have breakfast in the morning, I enquired the staff about the cafetaria. They asked me to wait in my bed and they served me lunch. I had heard stories that the US hospitals ask for insurance details before caring for the patient. But Monmouth hospital gave me a pleasant experience.
