ER CLINICAL STAFF WAS AMAZING! Triage area in the ER waiting area is a huge HIPAA violation. You're literally shouting out your demographic information and health symptoms while other patients/visitors listen. Finally, even before seeing the doctor, I was asked to make a co-payment without knowing if there would be an admission or discharge. When the co-payment was refused the young lady stormed out of the room as if the money was going directly in her pocket. BILL ME!

The nurses who work in the Chemo day room at ,Overlook Hospital, are the best there is. A special week is celebrated as Nurses Day(week). The nurses who work here are the most compassionate, caring, intelligent and understanding women and should be celebrated daily. They truly deserve kudos not because of their "job" but because they love helping people during some difficult time of their lives. I new word should be developed, as "thank you" just doesn't seem enough. You ladies know who you are and so do the patients who love all of you. Kudos also to the rest of the staff and volunteers who take care of us as if we were family. ?

I came with my 14 months old baby and I have 2 hrs waiting and I haven't seen one doctor. Very disappointing. My baby is screaming and nobody shows up. Front desk was nice. Too slow.

Good hospital and fairly quick. Except for the last time I was there. I'm 6 weeks pregnant and went there because of some cramping I was having and the "doctor" was disgusting and rude. She was extremely rough when examining me and the way she speaks to patients is not professional at all. I was with my 4 year old this day and my daughter was afraid so she asked me a question and this nasty doctor basically told my daughter to shut up. HORRIBLE! Not to mention the results of my ultrasound took like 6 hours to come back although the technician said they send it up within the hour. This woman who like to call herself a doctor needs to reevaluate herself and find a job that actually fits her disgusting attitude because she's certainty not qualified to handle patients! Every other time I've been here has been a pleasant one though. I'll also be delivering my baby here in early 2018.

An absolute nightmare overall. The system is inefficient to the point of being dangerous. Misdiagnoses have been made, people are sent away from the ER without proper testing or treatment. medications are mishandled. There are a few caring and dedicated people working there, but most are not. I was met not only with incompetence but dishonesty and downright hostility. They only got one star because it was a minimum requirement to post this.
