I have worked for Attentive Care for 10 years. The management staff is always willing to assist in any way possible. Every employee that works for Attentive Care is always treated with respect and the Field Staff Supervisors are always accommodating with scheduling and transportation issues. I believe this is a great company to work for.

In addition to being an employee of Attentive Care, I have also recommended our services to family and friends over the years and they have all raved about the outstanding care that our caregivers give to their loved ones. I am proud to be a member of the Attentive Care team and feel confident in recommending our excellent service to everyone I know.

I'd have to agree about the review about the HR manager Stacey. I called about rescheduling my interview over 48 hours in advance and she gave me an attitude and said "we are not going to chase you down for an interview other people want the job" it was very unprofessional. In order to work in Human Resources you have to be a people's person which she isn't. I honestly just hung the phone up on her.

Attentive Care is a caring professional organisation. They hire top care givers only . I see some reviews of caregivers that did not get hired or receive work that gave bad reviews but the caregivers that cared for my grandmother and mother were amazing, dependable & trustworthy . I highly recommend Attentive Care .

HR Manager Stacey G is horrible. Shes very rude, mean and EXTREMELY UNORGANIZED. They don't guarantee hours. They do a lot of fast talking, and make people feel like they aren't going to get a job...When they are struggling to keep their employees. lots of Reverse Psychology. They sometimes have sign on bonuses which they barely actually want to give to people. Find a more ethical home care agency to get hired with and save yourself the aggravation. I don't recommend.
