I've had the absolute worst experience with Coram in Albany, NY. I have a very serious immune deficiency that will require me to be on IV immunoglobulin for the rest of my life. I was hospitalized to receive IV antibiotics, finally sent home with a PICC line to continue the antibiotics, and put in Coram's hands. I will not be able to actually fight off the infection until I start receiving the immunoglobulin. I obtained insurance approval on May 14th, it's May 25th and Coram has still not organized the start of my treatments. I call every day. I am passed off, lied to, and given a runaround each time I call. They are literally holding my health hostage at this point. I am fighting to get better and can't because of this awful company. I called again today and was told there is still nothing in their system regarding my treatments. Who knows how many more days or weeks my lifesaving treatments will take. Also, the tape on my PICC line dressing has been literally burning my skin off. For 5 days I've been told I'll be sent a hypo allergenic dressing all while my skin continues to burn. My antibiotics were delivered tonight - with no dressing - causing me to have to go to the emergency room to seek help. I will be reporting all this to my insurance and praying I'm able to switch to a different company.

They do not call when they say they are going to. Have little to no regard for patients time. Less than stellar company.
