During post-op rehab, I found the staff to be professional, caring, compassionate, extremely helpful.

When I was in this facility 3 years ago it was amazing. This past May 2016 I was here again and they were horrible. I lost 30lbs in 6 weeks and no one bothered to care or try and find food that was edible. When we spoke to the nutritionist she repeatedly offered food that was disgusting. I had no dietary restrictions. I was not given proper physical therapy and my health declined rapidly. When my relatives came in to advocate for me they were offered confusion and delays and excuses. My care was horrible. I suffered bed soars that left me with severe infections. I almost lost my life. I am now in November just starting to recover. I have a long road ahead of me and I am certain that Broadlawn is directly responsible for my fast decline. I will not recommend sending anyone here ever again.

the staff there was amazing. could care of my very ill Dad for 3 months. Could not thank them enough for making his last days as pleasant as possible. I had to drag him in but within a few days he felt at home.

My 82 year old mom went to rehab then long term care. In 2 months she fell 5 times cause no one was coming when she rang or when her bed or chair alarm went off. She broke her hip on the 5th fall. When she got back from hip surgery she was vomiting constantly n not eating. Staff said she was making herself throw up. After 6 weeks not being able to bare weight n losing 25lbs I took her to gastro dr myself as their dr said he didnt agree with me feeling there was a real problem. Dr assistant said they would stop monoriting her weight n just let her die or I could opt for a feeding tube. Gastro send her for a scan which showed my mom was full of blood clots caused from the neglagence of the dr not putting her on blood thins while she layed in bed for 6 weeks. Should have sued but I was afraid another nursing home would not take her then. Please do not trust this place....theyll killers!!!
