My initial review type during an angerly rant. I personally do no recommend this facility due to their poor communication habits. Currently dealing with their billing team who sent my fathers amount to an attorney who is threating me when I thought we came to a common ground and was on track. I am highly disgusted and plan on removing my father from this facility once this legal and billing issue is taken care of. I have found another facility for him and I can not way to move him.

The Nursing Home is well kept, there are activities for the resident. The administrator at that time was not a nice person.

I would not recommend anyone to admit their family member into this disgusting unprofessional facility. Time and time again my family and i tried to voice our concerns to the nursing Vice President and even to the Administrator Florence Kats ever since we have voiced our concerns our family member has been getting nothing but excuses and less care and we suspect our family member is being abused and neglected. Our family member has losted a significant amount of weight and had cuts and bruises on the body and is always in wet soiled diapers and wet urine filled clothing. We were promised nothing but the best care and this facility has failed us and not one person has gave my family and I an apology. Down to the administrator has been ignoring my calls for weeks since my family and I voiced our concerns about the bruises and was venting to them it's sad and hurtful to see how they lied to just get our family member in there but since we are speaking our truth we are being ignored and disrespected. We are all human beings no one deserves to be treated this way it's not right and it's not fair. This place is a disgrace and they should be ashamed of themselves how dare they get upset about our concerns but we are the only ones dealing with this difficult situation no one should be more upset and hurt then we are they are just adding insult to injury. This place need to clean house from top to bottom and give everyone better customer service training so this would never happen to anyone else again. Every last person we spoke to in regards to our concerns showed no compassion or sensitivity to the many situations we tried to address. I pray things get better at this facility.

This is one of the worst nursing homes ever if i could give zero stars I would. I notice Management and the staff could careless about the residents that stay there they don't check on them and they leave them wet and unattended all the time. I had two friends there and one died and the other one have bad bed sores and he was just removed and is in the hospital now and can't breathe on his own due to they're negligence. Doctor V isn't a good doctor And she's not professional at all she doesn't tell the truth she just tells you what you would like to hear while your loved ones are dying and suffering. It's sad please dont put your loved ones here they will end up sick or dead. The staff is rude and unprofessional and they mistreat the residents they ruff them up and they do not turn them every two hours like they're suppose to and they have the nerve to complain about their pay. They also get mad when voicing your concerns smh sad i tell you just sad and disgusting. This facility is horrible!!!!! Never Again!!!!!
