Today I called this organization regarding my grandfather who just had surgery a day ago. Both his nurse and physical therapist was supposed to come by the house to assist him. My grandfather is 80 years old, just had major hip surgery and woke up at 7 am to wait for his health care team. I. Allied this office multiple times at 1:30 to find out why both the nurse and physical therapist was cancelled. I was transferred from place to place. Finally I begged to speak to a manger and at around 1:40 a rude lady answered the phone, refused to give her name stating that my grandfathers case manager is out in the field and I should wait to talk to her. I told her it's an emergency and I would like to speak to a manger. She then proceeded to tell me that she don't have time to answer any of my questions and that I should wait until the case manager comes back from the field. I told her that I don't want to argue about the care that my grandfather needs and requires. She basically told me that she does not care and that she'll hang up the phone, meanwhile I am trying to remain as professional as possible and simply ask to speak with the manager. She then ended the call. I called back and left a message for Lauren the office manger. I then called back and luckily Olivia the clinical manger came on the line and professionally answered every question and concern that I raised and apologized. Olivia herself was in shock at wth manner in which the scheduling office spoke to me. While writing this complaint, the case manager Mira called me apologized and provided clarity. Thank you both Mira and Olivia without you expertise, professionalism, courtesy, respect and advocacy for your patient this company would be nothing without you.

All I know if the hospital or facility does't offer you Revival upon discharge insist on it and push for it. My elderly father had a major infection which required hospitalization for antibiotics. The hospital wanted to transfer him to a facility to continue treatments. The family wanted to take him home and arrange the IV at home for the next 3 months. The hospital was against it. They refused to call Revival because they have their own agency they work with. I called Revival and a Revival intake specialist came to the hospital to make all the arrangements. The hospital only wanted to use their pharmacy to supply the IV. The copay was $700+. I found a pharmacy to supply the IV for much less. The hospital said this is not an authorized pharmacy. Revival went to work and made it an authorized pharmacy within 30 minutes. Any stumbling block the hospital tried Revival cleared it. We brought my father home and the first morning the Revival nurse was there setting up the IV and teaching me how to do it. Afterwards he came 3 times a week to check. Revival sent a PT twice a week and kept my father walking. I am afraid to think what would have happened if he went to a nursing home. Revival is Reliable

You have to manage them like toddlers- talking Pre K- good luck if you are a self advocate they take offense to tone when they interrupt, ignore, send letters you are covered to dates that are wrong, do not check in to see if you need to extend, apparently do not read nurse reports (also fail to send them despite their own care plan), do not track authorizations at all- that's on you and tell you 15 min before an aide leaves whoops yeah no one is ever coming back. Watch out for Margaret & Sandrine & Sandra. They don't know they work in healthcare. They think you are at Target refunds/exchange. Treat you like DIRT. HOW THEY GOT THE NYU CONTRACT CONFOUNDS ME. All that real estate they own. Ya think they could handle the medical stuff. NOPE!

Worse medical agency I've had the misfortune to deal with!! Their office staff is horrible! Especially the receptionist who's the first contact we make with this company! Long story short! I had surgery NEVER got physical therapy from them because they only sent in the assessment request to my insurance!!! After two weeks of waiting I called them again to find out when I was going to get therapy, transferred 3 times, the girl is blaming my insurance who had already told me they hadn't received any request from them!! Funny after I made the stink, my authorization went thru! Only to have a PT come and tell me I was past their expectations so I had to find a local therapist to see! I have scar tissue build up now because of not having therapy for 3 weeks! Too bad they probably have contracts with hospitals and these reviews aren't going to affect them in the least!!

STAY AWAY! Especially from SVETLANA BERGUNKER. She is unprofessional, demanding, mean, rude, very arrogant and what is more important she DECIEVES people, trying to use their health issues to grab them right from hospitals to her company.
