I have been in sales and customer service my entire professional career. I would have posted this as a review on their social media page, but sure enough, they do not have one. The ones that do exist are for local branches, and the ratings are 1.5 stars or lower. My wife and I cannot sleep without our CPAP machines. My wife's failed her, so we went through our primary physician, and received the documentation to get our medical supplies covered by our insurance. We also were doing this in December to avoid any deductible since we would need to pay one if we submitted it in January because it's a new year. This is where this company started to effect my life in an extremely negative way. First, they kept delaying us getting the machine. They stated to us that they were getting the information from our doctors office incorrectly. The only reason we knew this was because we kept calling them. We received no call from them stating things were wrong. After repeated phone calls from her mom, my wife, and myself, they stated that they had the paperwork and we were going to owe money. That started the next argument. We are now 3 weeks into the process. My wife and I are sharing my machine which barely gives her rest, as it is not set to what she needs. We cannot have time together, because we now sleep in shifts. After 3 days of back and forth on the phone, I get someone on the phone who states we are all set. I am now taking vacation days to get my wife much needed rest, but it only helps a little, as my machine is too strong, and she can only pass out from exhaustion. On my final day off, I start calling them at 8 a.m., when they open. I call every half hour, each time, being assured I can get my machine today. Halfway through the day, the story changes to tomorrow, to after the weekend. I am an extremely calm individual. I had to lose my temper, refuse to get off the phone, and keep demanding to speak to someone higher up before I got to someone who truly gave some concern of my current situation. The office I get my machine at closed at 5 p.m. I got clearance to get it at 436 p.m. I booked it down, got the machine, and left. I called this company one last time to confirm we are all set. I received a yes. I then told them to not call me for any follow up business. The calls started the middle of January. They now tell me that they did not submit insurance paperwork until after the beginning of the new year. I was told I now owe the difference. I asked if this was submitted in December would I still owe them anything, of which I got the answer I suspected, which was no. I was on the phone now for 3 hours, since this was a mistake on their part and not ours. Regardless they have now sent me to collections, and I will now have to fight this legally because this company has no concern for what they put my family through. The final insult is that their automated system calls me every Sunday. The genius of that is that there is no human being to talk to. They simply give you a number to call to leave a message to have your number removed. I did this 3 weeks ago. I am still getting the calls. Please think long and hard before working for a company that has little to no regard for a middle income family that was inconvenienced for months and is still being harassed. Thank you.
