After I broke both broke bone of my forearm ambulance took me into this hospital. In emergency section I had to wait 5 hours without any pain killer. I was lucky that I had not any internal bleeding in that case I'd die in that hospital. After 5 hours later doctor came and took me to trauma center. I've never see that any hospital took patient to trauma center 5 hours later who broke both bone hanging. It was a horrible experience. Even after that new horrible journey begins. For paying bill there is no online section even you cannot pay bill through phone. And about the customer service, if you call them you will always end up voice mail to any department.

They call themselves a "baby friendly" hospital, but they aren't mom friendly. For your initial visit, you wait 3 to 4 hours in their new, but understaffed, women's building where there is no child play center or drinks. That was good planning for a maternity section! The staff isn't friendly either. If you can get a proper appointment in another hospital, I recommend going elsewhere.

This is most definitely the WORST hospital to have ever been created. Not only are the staff lazy, careless, they could not give one single speck of importance towards the patients and their conditions. I can say ALL staff do not care about their job or the people they are meant to help. Only a few hours ago only recently my mother got her leg stitched up. She got a very large laceration on her leg which completely ripped off most of the skin on her leg it was VERY severe. Upon getting there they merely clean the wound and keep it covered with a towel at the least giving her medication for the pain. When my family and I got there she was stuffed in a room full of other patients on a stretcher. No one was attending her, just left her there with a massive laceration to her leg. Before they were even able to take her to a separate room my mom had to wait 5 hours just to get her a ROOM. The staff clearly didn't care at all every patient was treated like a chore. Every single time we questioned the nurses and doctors and surgeon they all responded with the same phrases, they even began to get irritated just because we were concerned about a possible infection or dead tissue on her leg. Our concerns were ignored and every question we had was swept away because clearly no one cared. Upon giving her a room she had to wait until 4am to get the operation done. She got there at 2:30 pm in the afternoon and they made her wait until 4 in the morning to perform the operation. I really hope someone does SOMETHING about this garbage excuse for a hospital and the only reason she got sent here was because it is the only place with a trauma center otherwise she would have never had to go through this pain. Please do not go here, Everything is unsanitary and careless I can not understand how this place is still open.

The staff of the ED were kind and effective when it came to stabilizing me, as well as thorough when it came to the overall treatment plan. Furthermore, they were helpful about communicating status with my wife who was far away at the time. However, they did. It clean and thoroughly bandage my wounds, and the shift changed near the end of my time there and I was eventually sent away with no instructions on how to are for my extensive abrasions. After several days of intense pain and experimentation, I was able to find a great article on line about how to treat bad abrasions. I wish the staff of the ED would have at least given me a resource like that one to work with.

First time I went the staff was really nice and everything went rather quickly, the second time was a completely different story, it took 2 hours to get medical attention for my dad. They told me they would transfer him to a room since he had to stay the night. That never happened and I ended up sleeping in a very uncomfortable chair in the waiting area.
