everything initially was good. They came out to the house and set me up with adequate instructions. Since then, steadily downhill. Phone contact is next to impossible. No matter how many time I've told them this, they still call my wife's cell number, occasionally intermixed with my number. When I call them back I only get answering machines. Twice I was disconnected. Frustrating experience. They now leave messages that I have to drive 1 hour to their office to pick up the routine replacement equipment that normally is mailed to me. Not sure why, as the person who does leave messages for me does not clearly and directly address my questions left to her. Frustrating at best. Wasting my time chasing them with phone calls. As of today, over one year later, all has fallen into a steady routine. I never have to contact them (thankfully). They automatically send the replacement parts on time, without a hitch. One thing I would suggest is that you opt out of their automated and mechanical voice messages that are send monthly congratulating the patient on a 'job well done'. Very annoying!

Very slow on automatic shipments of supplies! Example shipments are every 3 months (12 weeks) sometimes it takes them 13, 14, 15 weeks..to ship????!... Find a different company.. and no one seems to pick up a phone goes to voicemail!!!!!!

Terrible, terrible terrible! If I could give NO stars, I would! No one returns phone calls, trying every time 4, 5, times. I don't even know If I will get my next supply shipment. Simply no one to talk to. If you can do it through a different company, go for it. Cannot possibly be worse than this!

Save yourself the hassle. I do NOT recommend this provider to anyone, I am amazed they are still in business - all the other bad reviews you have read are true. it is difficult to impossible to get anyone on the phone, I had to call a dozen times and tried hitting different menu options to speak to an actual person after holding for a long time. Once I got through, it was almost a waste of time, I was repeatedly forwarded to voice mail for a simple billing question. Once I finally got through to a person, I experienced what must be the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered, being spoken down to be a surly person who apparently though it was beneath their dignity to actually be dealing with a customer. Several attempts later, I finally managed to speak to someone in **billing** (i.e. who deals with money) who had almost mastered basic high school math, although it took a while for them to grasp that the amount I was charged was far greater than what it should be and that I was due a refund. I was originally charged and had to pay almost twice the cost of the order before they would ship the order, only to discover that they had later submitted a claim to the insurance company for a far lesser amount ??(They couldn't have worked this out before charging me double?). I then had to deal with my insurance company to try to explain why there were two claims with different amounts for the same service. The lesser amount is apparently not even the network rate (which should be even lower), so I now have to go through the joy of this experience over again to try to get a further refund. Absolutely nasty experience, go somewhere else.
