I applied to this agency in 2016 and did my orientation and everything and I knew a couple of people who applied too ..now I think it's strange that ppl I know who drive were getting calls but the ones that don't weren't ..it's a waste of your time to apply if u don't drive , I just wished they would have been more professional and were more specific to what they're looking for ...especially the coordinator they have there named bena , I would call for work and I always got the " she's in a meeting" Bs so DO NOT APPLY HERE!! IT'S A WASTE OF TIME

I have nothing but praises for helping hands and their staff. When it came to my parents case the entire staff was extremely helpful and this Sarah Moise just sounds like a spiteful person who's just mad that she got in trouble for something as irresponsible as calling out when you are a new employee. I appreciate that irresponsible people like this are not a part of a company that people like me rely on for the care of our parents.

This is one of the worse agencies I ever dealt with........ I signed up with them and did orientation and I remember them telling us if we had any emergency we must call at least two hours ahead to call out after orientation was done bena ramcharran offered me a case and I took it because I was free......... two days before I was supposed to start the case my doctor called me and told me I must come in ASAP he scheduled me for the next appointment which happen to be the day I was supposed to start the case the same day my doctor called me I called helping hands and explain to them that I wouldn't be able to start the day that they asked me to but I could do it the following day and it was then the drama started bena started to tell me that if I didn't do it I wouldn't get another case they called me several of time trying to bully me into going into the case they basically told me my health wasn't important and that they needed me to go into the case..... I told them I just couldn't do it after everything was all said and done I called them trying to get a case and they keep on telling me they didn't have anything everyday I would call and bena would continue to tell me no......until I found work else where
