    It is impossible to get hold of anyone there. They don't answer the phone, don't reply to emails and don't return calls. Is there anyone who cares working at this place? When I eventually got hold of a person he was rude and very unhelpful. Glad to have other options.

    If you live down the block you might get a home attendant, they call in sick, numerous no shows or hours late...and getting a replacement was consistently impossible for them. Most aggravating two months of dealing with them over my mom's home care.

    Very poor management. My grandfather always have a problem over the weekends for aide when his regular aide has friday and Saturday off. Those two days if the replacement aide is not available they won't call you or notify you in any way and when you call them seeking for an aide to show up it's a very very long process to get an confirm answer. They tell you that they will get back to you but you may not receive any call from them in next 2 or 3 hours and when you call back it's the same thing again. They don't want to give anymore time to an aide who is available cause they might end up with over time but. They replace a regular weekend aide who has been punctual with her/his schedual and replace with some one else so you have to go thru this hassle again and again. I hope they know which kind of business they are in. People who uses such a service has a reason of not being able to do some routines on their own, like taking a shower. I hope they take any required steps to get such issues resolved and provide a better service and experience for their client/patient.

    Customer service is the worst. The male downstairs he is polite, but the two girls in the front desk are all the opposite of him. Always when I come here they treat all other workers in a rude way.
