I am very dissatisfied with this company's service. I would not recommend them at all. They switched my 94 year old grandmother off of United Health Care without really full explaining that they will be. Now I am having issues with every single doctor she goes to. They did not make sure all her doctors accept their insurance and see that it was not beneficial to switch her. Her doctors have never heard of this insuarance and have to wait so long to get a response from them. The most recent incident was with her physicist - who submitted a request for physical therapy. The was submitted March 23rd and there wasn't any update for a few days. I called them and they said they never recieved it. I asked the doctor to resubmit and I called back the follow day and they said there was no update and to call back. I called back and again no update and again they told me to call again. I called and surprise... no update. Eventually after almost 2 weeks they escalated this to a manager named Sahlia who said that there's an issue because the doctor is out of network. It's unaccetable it took 2 weeks for someone to tell me this. I was pretty upset but she didn't seem to care. She asked if I wanted an in network doctor and I said no because my grandmother would not like to switch, as she has been seeing this doctor for years. I asked if it would cost extra and she said no - so honestly I didn't see the issue here. She said she would need to call me back the following day because there's no one to review this case at he moment and everyone has gone home. I told her if she did not call me back, I will be switching insurances - and she insured me she will call back. The next day 4:30 pm - no phone call. So I call back and I end up speaking with a supervisor Rusran - who puts me on hold to figure out this whole situation. Finally he comes back with 2 options for me - 1 I choose an in network doctor, which I had declined already. And 2 - wait for the denial letter, because my request was denied.... and then file an appeal and maybe the next reviewer will grant her the physical therapy. Are you serious?! It took 2.5 weeks to find out my request was denied and no one could tell me an update until it was escalated to a supervisor and now I have to do more work to figure this out, after I repeatedly called several times to get an answer. I will be disenrolling from this insurance and would never recommend them to anyone. Why are they denying a 94 year old physical therapy after she had a terrible fall. I am outraged! Avoid this insurance and company at all cost! It's more of a headache than it's worth!

I never seen a phone system so complicated in my life I rather sit on hold with my phone company than to deal with the receptionist at village care max you never can get in touch with the case worker to get what the client needs and God forbid you are a family member advocating for the client you get the tenth degree for no reason there are a ton of improvements that need to be made with this company

Dishonest and if there is a billing issue impossible to contact. Avoid like the plague. Any positive review here is a plant.
