Access Lifts and Ramps have been terrific from the start! The guy that comes for maintenance twice a year is friendly and professional. The elevator has been a real asset and being able to trust that it works every time is a wonderful thing.

Horrible service!! We purchased a chair lift from these people. Installation was very sloppy and lift has broken 5 times in 6 months.It literally takes 5 phone calls to get someone to service the lift! Very unprofessional!! Instead of a Serviceman , they sent their salesman, nick, yesterday to see why the door wouldn't close and not sure what he did but now it doesn't work at all! When we called today and insisted that it be fixed (its a public building and our only handicap entrance), they never showed! I totally regret doing business with this company! Never ever again!!!

My name is James and I just had my lift serviced yesterday. As it turned out, I needed a new battery. But the reason I am writing this review is because the technician found a wire underneath the seat that was cracked. He went above and beyond replacing the battery and he took extra time to check everything out. Buying a product from a company is one thing, how they treat you after is another. Companies like Access Lifts and Ramps will keep America great forever.

Took them 4 iterations and 14 month to install a simple stair lift. Rail was not parallel to the wall. Lift was unusable. I had to oversee every their step and correct their mistakes constantly. Rail installation had to be corrected 2 times. They have very little idea of what they are doing. They cut corners wherever is possible and beyond. Kevin Leary - general manager will find every excuse under the sun to avoid responsibility for his actions. He has no problem "stretching" the facts to cover his mistakes.
