The office there is so scrambled no one knows w;ats going on. If you have a immediate need for treatment, then to bad they'll come out whenever. The only reason I give them 1 star is because the bathing lady does a top notch job.

DO NOT choose healthcare from this company if you have a choice. I would give NO stars if possible. My mom, who was supposed to undergo minimally invasive robotic heart surgery, had severe complications which left her in the ICU for over a week, followed by a stay at a rehab facility. She required home care upon her release. The nurse was supposed to come every other day (M-W-F) to clean out and re-bandage the incision sites (she has 6 incisions, including the one big one down the middle of the chest). She has been home for over 2 weeks now and every day she has had to call the company MULTIPLE times just to get a nurse out. There have been 2 nights they have not come until 10 oclock at night and some days they just don't show up at all. She has been on the phone almost every day with the administrators and supervisors trying to figure out what the issue is. Now finally, after 2 weeks, they claim that the nurse in our area quit. That is not an excuse, and it is not our problem. If you offer services to patients in an area, you make sure those patients are taken care of if you are a respectable healthcare provider, which clearly Alternate Solutions is not. My mom was told by the head nurse who came the first day that heart patients are PRIORITY, I am scared to see what kind of care they provide to patients who are not "priority"

My name is Dana the person I am writing about is my mother Beverly, her nurse name Malinda saved my mom. Malinda was able to unclog her port, which the nurse was suppose to do when my mom was in the hospital and for what ever reason the nurse didn't follow through. Malinda is great she goes the extra step. She Is a pleasure to have her take care of my mom. She cares about her patients. Has a loving personality. Alternate solution is lucky to have her working for them. Thank you Dana

When we lived in the 45202 zip code all was fine. When we moved to the 45205 zip code it was hit and miss on when the nurse would get there. The nurse missed doing the pills in the carriers twice and I complained and we got a "Notice of Medicare Non-Coverage" which said, "Your Medicare provider and/or health plan have determined that Medicare probably will not pay for your current home health services after the effective date indicated above. " The date was 9-6-15. I called Medicare to ask why and they told me to just contact another service and gave me phone numbers. I would not recommend them to anyone. When I told the lady on the phone I didn't think that Alternate Solutions would like losing a client they get more than 100.00 a visit, proof comes from the Medicare billing papers we receive, she said they have plenty of customers..... not this one anymore. I have a friend come in and do the pills.
