My mother and father have lived at Friendship Village for 4 years now. The staff is amazing and the food is top notch. The Sunday brunch is the best in the city. The leadership is spot on with there vision of expansion. The new dining rooms are first class. The health center staff is also top notch and are caring and kind. I love visiting my parents and I must add it was the best decision they made about retiring. Keep up the amazing work all of you do.

The culinary department is a bad joke. I worked as the sous worked everyday straight for 46days. Short staffed everyday. Residence would come into the bistro kitchen to find servers vaping and on there cell phones to place food orders. Saftey issues often ignored. The perception is one thing the reality another. The food quality in the bistro and fine dinning was great . General attitude was who cares!

If you are in desperate need of a job, please do yourself a favor, do not work in the culinary department of this place. Don't be fooled by the false friendly faces. The toxic behavior there runs deep. Working at Friendship Village of Dublin was the worst years of my life, at times I even questioned what was the point of living. After years of misery I left, and let me tell you, I felt like Andy at the end of Shawshank Redemption, I was finally free. PS Don Paul is the worst human being I've ever met. And that was not a hyperbole. PSS James the Chef rocks though!

Worked with staff here, and they all seem pretty reliable. Not had any major issues, though I only gave it 4 stars because of the quality of the food in the dining room

This company has no respect for anything but money. We went to a "short 30 minute seminar" to hear more about them to consider using it for our parents. They held us hostage for almost three hours. Absolutely the worst experience, and you can tell they are only there to gouge an elderly persons pockets for all they can. They have another program that they ask for a $70,000 ENTRANCE fee plus $500 a month and that doesn't include any food. WHAT. They were sketchy, disrespectful of the attendees time, and absolutely all about money rather than the care and affordability of aging people. Will never do business with them whatsoever.
