I wouldn't even give them a star but it forces you to.... Just a bad experience, misinformed and out a lot of money.... If you really want your bank account drained, and still suffer all the pain I'm in, this is the place for you. Went to a 30 minute therapy evaluation that ended up ME telling the therapist what I need to be doing. Now they want $300... I was never informed of the cost... They scheduled an MRI that would have cost me $1700 at a facility that was associated with the hospital. I went to a free standing MRI facility and it was only $350. (Obviously they weren't going to inform you of that) Had the MRI performed, went and saw the orthopedic surgeon and was told that surgery would be useless and lets just drain the fluid and fill your knee back up with lubricating jell. WHICH will need to be done every six months until I couldn't handle the pain then we will replace your knee!!! Three months later, the pain is still there and even worse. Told myself to screw that doctor and went to a different one in Columbus. That doctor said MRI shows a tear in each meniscus and pointed it out. A simple scope will eliminate most of your pain. My trust issues are at a low with doctors. Decided to get a 3rd opinion. That doctor pointed out the torn meniscus as well and said the same thing, scoping it should alleviate a lot of my pain. Never mind talking with anyone from billing as well... They'll just connect you to customer service support who happens to not be there to answer so you leave a message and they never call you back... Now that's customer service..

I'm beyond pissed, I wouldn't even give a star if that was an option. Took my pregnant cousin cause she started bleeding. They sent he really straight to labor and delivery cause she was 21 weeks and 2 days pregnant with a baby boy. They too her urine example and blood came back and told her that she had a serve uti and she dehydrated. They went to put an Iv in her it took 4 different people and 6 times of trying to actually get the Iv into her vein. I knew something else was wrong with her, so I came up with the money to take her to osu. When I asked them to discharge her cause her sister was taking her to osu. They gave me a dirty look and asked me why. Then proceed to tell me that they would discharge her after her fuilds was done cause that's when they was gonna discharge. I told them that she needed to be discharged now. We took her to osu where she spent around 7 to 8 hours before she delivered her baby boy. Marysville was gonna send her home after the fuilds even though she was in labor. I'm due in November with my twins and was looking forward to delivering my kids where I was born at. After all this i will be refusing to go to the hospital or labor and delivery here. We will be looking for an attorney as well. Between both hospitals they had 14 hours to stop the labor and neither did anything told her she wasn't in labor she was just having cramps. Because everyone sat around thinking she was lying about having contractions we lost our baby boy after just two short hours of him being alive.

I haven't been here too many times. The first time we are in and out in a flash. The second time I was here a lot longer than expected. Urgent care didn't have the equipment to help with my diagnosis so I was transfered here. One of the nurses did my IV horribly. The tech in radiology had to fix it. It was a horrible and painful process during treatment due to it being incorrect the first time. Oh the doctor did give me the wrong discharge papers and prescriptions. Luckily I had a question before I left or I would have left with the wrong information. Overall the staff is great, the place seems clean, and I eventually was treated!
