    their bangladeshi call center can accurately take your name & number to get a call back a week later, less than 50% of the time. the specialist did not know how my machine worked so despite her crowing about how easy it was, she was unable to make it work, had to reread the instructions and get help from two coworkers. they had one competent guy who eventually made a house call but i fixed the main problem myself and it still didn't work. my doctor & another staffer decided my refurbished machine was defective and told me to take it back after months of complaining. i switched vendors. They have a D grade and a 97% disapproval rating from BBB which is pretty hard to get and really means they have made no effort to mitigate complaints. don't waste your time

    Like getting overbilled? Like waiting on hold for over an hour to find out the overbilling was their mistake? Like finding out that in order to get the overbill fixed, you have to wait on hold with another department for an hour? Then by all means do business with Apria. This company is terrible - get you medical equipment elsewhere.

    They call to re-supply constantly. I pressed the buttons to tell them not to call me, they continue to call. They call at 7 AM on Sunday morning, they have called four times in one day. I finally blocked their phone number which is problematic as I have a contract with them, but they won't leave me alone. I also was on a direct debit payment with them of 26.00/month and then one month they took out 198.00. They are the worst company I have ever worked with. I hate them now.
