This company is completely incompetent. I have been trying for SIX months to get basic C-PAP supplies. I have been assured numerous times that they "now" have everything they need and the supplies have been ordered and will be shipped. I am not asking for anything extraordinary. I have supplied them with more than one copy of my sleep study and my prescription. My doctor's office has repeatedly given them copies of the notes from my most recent appointments that document my ongoing need for C-PAP. They have all my insurance information. And yet they cannot manage to complete the process and get the supplies for me. Do NOT do business with them if you value your health!

Lincare's Manager Tiffany Jacobsen and her staff went above and beyond to get me a trach mist and suction machine for a patient I had discharging from a Portland Area hospital last minute. They we're very friendly and very speedy on finding the equipment out of area and getting it to the hospital the very next day. Their clinician Amy came to the hospital and did a full instruct with the patient while I was in the room with her and made sure that the patient understood everything and could operate by himself. Great experience and will definately be using them in the future. Great Work Lincare!

RUN DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! How or why this company is in business is a mystery to me. Trying to get a portable oxygen concentrator from them for months now and the only thing I have gotten is the runaround. Customer service is nonexistent, management inept, and the I Care department a joke. Seriously if you can at all do business with a different company, do so.

I have been using Lincare for almost a year and have NO problems with the customer service. I called for an equipment exchange for unit that quit working and they we're on my porch 2 hours later with new equipment. The representative was pleasant, informative, and polite.
