This company is horrible. Every time I place a part order it gets forgotten about and I have to keep prodding them to get things done. The wheelchair tech has sabotaged my orders in the past and one of their salesmen made me feel guilty about a wheelchair that didn't work for me and he had to order another brand - he had to wait for his sales commission because of a re-order, so he gave me attitude and tried to get me to keep the chair that didn't work.. To add lemon to my wounds from these people, their new manager that was actually helping turn things around just quit because nothing was changing. Save yourself the pain and try and get on with All Med - they're the only other company in the Eugene / Springfield area that accepts Medicare for wheelchair parts.

Horrible!!!!! I've been waiting for almost 9 months for a seat cushion. 9 months! Every time I call they say they'll have it ready in 2 weeks. Then when I don't hear from them for a month and I call back and they say there was a problem and it had to go back to whomever for whatever reason and they have to start the process over again. They've done that to me four times now. I've finally had enough and am filing a complaint with the BBB. They did the same damned thing to me a year ago when I needed a wheel fixed. Took them almost a year. I'd go somewhere if there was another place in town that took my insurance as I can't afford to pay out of pocket for medical equipment. But if YOU have a choice, choose someone else!

WORST COMPANY I'VE EVER DEALT WITH. SHOP ELSEWHERE PLEASE!!!!! IT'S TAKEN THEM OVER 3 YEARS TO GET PROPER CUSHIONS TO ME, AND THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO DELIVER THEM TODAY AND THEY STILL GOT IT WRONG. AWFUL. NO ONE SHOULD HAVE TO BE IN PAIN BECAUSE OF IMPROPER CUSHIONS!!!!

We ordered my son's wheelchair over a year ago,was told they had it all in the computer,and just had to do the silhouette seat impression(Why they didn't do it when we came in for the wheelchair fitting,I don't know!)....that was APRIL2013! It is now JUNE 2014,and they still don't have it! It was ordered,processed and ready last fall,then we moved and did them the courtesy of giving them our new address(for delivery and they completely RE-ORDERED it! Now it's months later and it still isn't here! My son has outgrown his old chair and it is impairing his legs and hurting him! I will NEVER deal with these guys again,they pass the buck and try to blame it on insurance. Insurance said it was ordered and approved MONTHS ago! Should have been here already! :( TERRIBLE!!!
