Horrible customer service, difficult to work with even with good insurance. Cpap replacement mask supplies not in stock. After waiting for a mask part for a week went elsewhere. Would not recommend to anyone.

Billing department can never answer my questions. Been calling for days and had no call backs. When I do get someone, they tell me my billing specialist is out or any. Horrible taking my time out to try and ask questions and no help.

I was not pleased with the customer service I recieved from this company. My first order was lost and I then had to quickly re-order so that the products would be delievered in time. The representatives I spoke with were not pleasant.
