I am only giving them 2 stars because they were almost right on time with my appointment time. The PT I saw checked out my hips. I couldn't really push my legs because I had just had gallbladder surgery the week before. After "checking" my hips she informs me that they fragile saying "If I was to push you and you fell, you could break your hip." I'm sorry, are you going to push me? No probably not. Moving on, she then tells me that I need to "get some cushion" around my hips. I am skinny. Always have been. Then, and this is the best, she prints out 2 excerises that I can do at home, ie: ankle weights and elastic bands. Ok, this sounds fine. I ask which tension I should get for the bands, she tells me not to worry about it until they see what I can handle. Fine, ok. I ask about the weight for the ankle weights. She responds, "don't worry about that until we know which weight will work for you. Until then TIE A CAN OF BEANS TO YOUR FEET and do the exercises that way." Seriously?! TIE A CAN OF BEANS TO MY FEET??!!! What kind are we talking about here? Pintos? Field peas and snaps? Great Northern? Lima? Grillin Beans?Family size or single serving? I need to know these things. Btw she also said I should just "get over" my issues, just "let that stuff go." I have PTSD. Very unprofessional.
