    I only came to get my medicine out the pharmacy but because I really didnt know how the place runs I went to the front desk told them I needed more medicine and waited to be called not knowing I couldve just got it out myself. But anyway im called a little while later and led to the back. And I guess whatever I had going on interrupted whatever "they" had going on so this old lady whos looking over my file I guess with her colleagues really rude asking if I could count and I wasn't scheduled to be seen until a couple months later. I told her I knew that and was under the impression I was being led to the pharmacy or something I didnt need to be seen. She was still rude and I could tell she was irritated as she corrected the situation. I didnt need the attitude and her colleagues staring at me like I was stupid. I just needed my medicine so I could work efficiently. Sure you get what you need here but sometimes it feels as if your not welcome or looked down on. Idk maybe thats just me.

    This is the most poorly run operation I've ever come into contact with. I just had an routine follow up for a prescription refill I made 3 months ago cancelled because apparently my doctor isn't going to be in the office. Was told I had to wait another 3 months to reschedule but they can't even make appointments that far out. This is the 3rd time I've had an appointment just randomly cancelled, on top of that the doctor refused to write me a prescription without an appointment. Maybe don't randomly cancel them and show up to work. I'll be going through the proper channels to file as many formal complaints as I can to try and get someone to be held accountable for the gross negligence and rampant incompetence of this "health center".

    Something strange has been going for many months now at the Main Clinic. I have a wonderful doctor and am unable to reach her or schedule an appointment for months. Another one of us in our household, has tried to schedule recently and is encountering the same issue: unable to schedule an appointment. When calling to schedule, it will either go to voicemail and no one returns call to schedule or the box will be full and not even allow a message to schedule. This is our primary care doctor!

    I'm having an extremely difficult time getting information of any sort to my doctor because it goes through Iona Davis. I have attempted contact five times since Jan. with no answer. In fact now the voice mail box rings after her message then hangs up on me. If she does not understand that people are not always as she would like them to be then she should be in a different profession. I had to sign a contract with this clinic over medication and her ignoring me is putting that in jeopardy. We all want respect Ms. Davis how about returning the favor.I want to be able to talk to my doctor.
