    The service is terrible. Call and all you get is voice mail. They are disrespectful. My husband is disabled and they switched his meds without letting him know. They said he had to deal with the pain. He has to have a back operation and they have switched his meds to just about nothing. The new Dr they brought had done this.

    A very sorry, rude place. I brought my wife who is disabled and the dr. walked in after 2hrs. and ask why are you disabled...very bedside manners. Had an appointment at 12 pm and was still here until after 4 pm....Ridiculous Would not recommend this place to anyone!!!

    Only one appointment so far, you can't get anyone to answers voicemails and when you get someone to answer they transfer you to another person and you won't get a call back, my appointment, my time ,my money was spent listening to what was going on in Florida, I don't care what is going on in Florida, I am there for my health my problems, I truly hope my next appointment is spent on me and not what the DEA is doing, cause apparently what they are doing is not working for the people that are doing what they are supposed to, I know many people that are going there and feel the same, we want to be treated based on our problems, we are individuals doing the right thing but seem like we are just a number off the street, I have left at least 10 voicemails with no return call yet!!!!

    In 40+ years of going to doctors (throughout the country) this place is the WORST experienceS (yes, plural!) I've ever had. Before I start, I want to make it clear that I have great respect for doctors & their chosen profession. 1-star is too generous for this joke of a practice & joke of a doctor. Unfortunately they're the only place in Florence. Allow me to list the things that have gone wrong with this place; again, this hasn't happened just once but on Every visit or contact with them: - ZERO bedside manner of the Dr there. I won't name names but it's a "she". She will change up your medications without any reason other than "let's try this" when you've clearly stated xyz already works fine. She spends her time talking to you vs LISTENING to you. On one occasion, I sat in the waiting room 1.75 hours after my appointment time. Was then called back with 5 other people (like a herd of cattle), waited another hour in the exam room until she finally came in. Now I understand perhaps she was seeing another patient, got called in for a consult on something, etc... but no... I could clearly hear her in the next room/office laughing it up & eating lunch with a drug rep that came in the same time I got called back!!! This Dr has forgotten her hypocritical oath & is clearly in it for the $ & perks. - Wait times of 2-4 hours after your scheduled appointment. - You are entirely treated as a number, $$$, & an assembly line. - NEVER a return phone call from nurses or staff. You can leave 10 messages & I assume they just hit "delete" on the voicemail. I will say I did get a call back on a Friday once after I left messages on MONDAY. - Several of the staff appear to be "salesmen" for the pharma industry & perhaps taking those RXs you turn in for "disposal" when you switch meds! - "Lost" appointments! Don't leave there without a paper on letterhead stating when your next appointment is! - Not sending over prescriptions to your pharmacy. I know some have to be picked up in person; however when you do that, don't expect it to be ready... I've awaited 1.5 hours in the waiting room just for the dr to sign one. - NO communication between the Dr and her PA. The appointment I had with the PA once was like it never existed. Couldn't find any of her notes, no results of blood tests I had done on that visit, etc. - Other providers (occupational & physical therapists) not receiving any replies back when they request another prescription for their services. The above are just a few I've thought of off the top of my head. Long story short, I've received zero pain relief from these jokers in a year of seeing them and countless $$$$$ (yes, that's 5-figures). I will be looking elsewhere & I'd advise others to do the same. Even though we'll have to drive hours to get QUALITY care, it will be worth it in the long run.

    Dr. Morris is very nice and understanding of my situation. She works to try different approaches to pain management. The nurses are great, one gave me an injection and was finished before I felt anything. I highly recommend this place. If you are honest up front, it makes it easier for them to help you. I think that may be why some people leave negative responses.
