I had a meeting with the owner at which time we set a time for a home visit. I had requested a call that day to confirm since I had a family member in the hospital and was very busy. No confirmation was ever given and 3 hours prior to the scheduled appointment they canceled by text. At this time, I realized I didn't want these people in my home with my family if this was their idea of customer service.

Terrible, unreliable, inconsistent, dangerous. Office employees were pleasant but unorganized. Home care aids were inexperienced not properly trained, high turn over, didnt always show up or stay the full duration. I did not feel safe leaving them with my family member. Would seriously think twice about using them again.
