This place is a joke. They cancel on you over and over and then charge your Medicare anyways. Lisa the technician that comes out cancelled or rescheduled every week. Then when she was here she said that she was in such a rush we were lucky if she was here 30 minutes. We have all the text messages from her and just reported them today for medicare fraud. Trish the supervisor is the biggest crook of all. They knew exactly what they were doing wrong and she defended her company all the way. They knew my husband's condition and does not function in the afternoons so of course Lisa tried every day to reschedule to the afternoon knowing he would not be able to do PT. Don't use this company unless you want horrible service, to be treated poorly, and to have to go through all the hoops to report medicare fraud. I hope nobody else gets cheated by this horrible company. Just remember if you do have to do not let Lisa in your house and beware of Trish because she is only trying to scam you. I don't know how Trish lives with herself knowing she is taking advantage of disabled people.

When my doctor suggested Texas Home Health, I was unsure what to expect. Jessica was amazing in helping me understand how home health worked and what I should expect. The picture she painted for me, was exactly the great services I received from the nurses, therapist and office staff. Thank you so much.

Scheduler is TERRIBLE and the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. My calls were not returned as they promised. Most staff do NOT call the night before to schedule. Staff makes last minute calls that's convenient for them. One nurse said he was a few minutes away and needed to stop in. I explained my frustration with last minute scheduling, that i was not home and Dad currently was doing PT, had a bath scheduled after that and he would be too tired for another visit. Again, another scheduling issue. When I asked why he didn't call the night before so we can work it out, he said he was not going to take me talking to him like that. He was very rude. The third party that TX Home Health contracts is excellent and scheduling has never been an issue. Never again withTexas Home Health.

This place had the most crooked staff i've ever met. They charged my patients insurance 7 times when they only showed up 3 times. Lisa canceled almost every appointment and i have every text message she sent. On top of that every time Lisa did decide to show up, she said she was in such a hurry she barely stayed 30 minutes. Then when I called the office the supervisor Trish was rude, told me I was lying, and hung up in me. This is a worthless company filled with worthless people. Do not go to them unless you want to be treated like trash and overfilled. I had to fill a complaint with my insurance because they committed Medicare fraud. I will make sure these people are held accountable because I have a ton of time on my hands and nobody else deserves to be cheated by these crooks!

We have worked with a couple nurses with Texas Home Heath. They are kind and professional. They take their time and listen which seems to be rare in healthcare.
