I've been working as the home health RN Administrator at The Medical Team in Austin since March, 2019. This branch has been completely rebuilt in the last year with a very experienced team of field clinicians and office staff. We are focused on providing highly skilled care, customer service, and continuity of care. We offer home health, hospice, private pay care, and PAS (DADS attendant) services. We accept most private insurance plans, managed care/Medicare replacements, and Medicare. I would be happy to speak with you directly regarding any care you or your family may need.

If I could give a negative score I would, this company accepts patients based on Medicare and with intention they will go to hospice, if the family then choices not to go to hospice, this company drops them do to the cost. It is an unethical company! They are horrible to the employees, not offering proper training and then firing them on 89th day so they don't have to pay out benefits using the excuse they didn't have appropriate training! Very unethical! I would not place anyone I live in their care!
