My brother and I have spent 4 day here at Harbor Hospice. We have never been treated so very good by the whole staff. All the nurse's go out of their way to make you feel at home. You are family to the whole staff.Everyone has helped us in anyway they can. Thanks Crystal for everything you've done and to the staff "Your number one ."

My mother has been here 6days, I have had termoil since, I haven't seen a single caseworker, etc, as the website says. I'm her medical power of attorney, its taken days for them to give me a single wish for her comfort. And another 5days for another wish, I can not say anything good about this place, except she's had a couple good nurses and aids. I do not reccomend this place

really don't know how to be professional, like most of the medical field here in Beaumont. they don't show up on time most days and then when they don't show up at all they don't call!!. it is 5:30 and no one shows up to give a bath. no call either. i call them and they said they will call back and no one calls back and of course they are gone when i call them back. poor business im calling Medicare to let them know of the poor service. pretty sure they will charge medicare for the miss days. nurse didn't show up last week and did not even call, had me here waiting all day for nothing. they get paid to much money for doing such a poor job. really thinking about changing to another company.
