About Reach Health Care Services

Reach Healthcare Services provides services to a diverse patient group. Genetics, disease, accidents, and the normal aging process affect each person differently, yet the one thing that all of our clients have in common is a desire to live as independently as possible, in their own home. They also don't want to feel like a burden to their loved ones.
Our mission is to provide dependable, competent, and compassionate assistance to support our clients' life choices. We accomplish this mission with a team of professional RNS, LVNS, Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapists, Social Workers, Home Health Aides, and Private Duty Nurses and Caregivers. We are enthusiastic about our work. We commit to developing and recognizing excellence in one another. We will not tolerate complacency in ourselves or our co-workers. Empathy and sensitivity are as important to us as clinical expertise and training.

I'm giving them three stars because they did help my older child. My first daughter started with a speech delay then I was able to discover that she had autism. They did a wonderful job with her I couldn't be more proud of the work they did with her and I thank them for that. Unfortunately my second daughter was a completely different case she too was diagnosed with autism but her case was more severe than my older child. And unfortunately they were unsuccessful with her they tried but it didn't work as a parent that frustrated me because you don't want to see your child fail at something so my husband and I made the hard decision to pull her from this Clinic because we feel she needs to be with a Therapy Clinic that is able two give therapy to a child who is nonverbal. Every time I receive a report about my younger daughter it was always she had a bad day and when she tested her score dropped she was not improving and this went on for a year.that hurt me as a mother I gave them a lot of time and it just didn't work out at the time she was not doing speech therapy .she had a speech therapist but the thearpist placed her on hold because she was not improving there either and that put my daughter in a bad position with OT and PT I believe communication is the number one thing that will help a child be successful at occupational and physical therapy when I voiced my concerns with the manager she said if they don't meet certain standard during their testing insurance won't requalified them but what I was trying to get them to understand is that of course she's not going to pass the test because she doesn't speak and she doesn't understand what's being said to her without physically showing her I guess they didn't get it that's why I wanted her to be back in speech therapy but they just didn't have the availability and my daughter went long enough without it. I wish them well in their endeavors but unfortunately I pulled my daughter and we're just going to move to a different company. she'll be in school by then hopefully the new company will have the experience that I'm looking for so that this time my daughter can be successful so bottom line if you have a child that is completely nonverbal there won't be successful at this clinic because they won't be able to pass the evaluations after the 6 months don't bring them here if they have an Autism diagnosis they're good for a simple speech delay or a simple OT or PT delay but if your child has a severe case this Clinic is not the place for them need to find another clinic that specializes in dealing with children on the autism spectrum
