Texas Home Health is the worst home health company ever!!! They never answer calls, don't send providers in a timely manner, and are plain rude!! The providers are nice people, but the people in the office are horrible! They are so unorganized. If we call they will either not answer or answer and hang up on us. Rebecca is horribly rude and when we asked a worker to transfer us to her, we overheard her saying, "hang up on them". They just take the money and fail to pay providers overtime and the right hours. We have lost many good providers because of this!! I honestly don't know if they ever work in the office or just charge and pay providers the minimum and keep the rest!! It's ridiculous. They need better people who actually do their job in the office!! They need to have more bilingual floaters, if someone is sick or misses they NEVER send anyone to cover and my grandmother can NOT be alone and they don't care! If we call they have no clue about anything... They need customer service training, better bookkeeping, better payroll workers, better office workers, and to learn how to treat people with RESPECT. New office staff would be great!!! Manners and respect go a long way....
