I went in at about 8:15 pm. I had injured my finger and was bleeding quite a bit and in some pain. Everyone was super nice and professional. They made me feel comfortable and at ease. The emergency room was clean as was the exam room. We were in and out on under an hour. I drove PAST Palestine er to go to Jacksonville. We drove back by and there and some of the same people were still waiting. Jacksonville ETMC rules.

Went there to see my wife's sister who was in there for pneumonia. Walked in and it looked like a ghost town. Told my wife, I guess this is where you come to die, cause it's was the biggest joke of a hospital I had ever seen. She hasn't been brought anything to drink and they haven't said anything about what she wanted for dinner, so my wife ordered her pizza. Don't come here unless it's the absolute last resort.

If I could rate zero stars I would. I went in to the ER and the triage nurse wouldn't even let me see a doctor. I was having trouble breathing and a headache. They said it wasn't an emergency and told me to take Tylenol or ibuprofen and go home and rest. A nurse should not be allowed to say who can and can't see a doctor. I had to go to a different ER and was diagnosed as having an asthma attack. You can die from asthma attacks so I will be filing a complaint against them for refusing me treatment.

I went 2 am Saturday morning with a boil on my face.. the young dr was very tired gave me prescriptions and told me to come back on Monday to allow them to re-check it. They never drew blood or got any cultures. I take prescriptions as directed. I go in at 8 am on Monday.. where a man comes in looks at my boil which has spread down my neck ... no cultures no blood work sends me out with a new prescription. I drive to Tyler ETMC where they get me back immediately draw blood/cat scan and within 30 minutes admits me with MRSA which I have obviously had for a VERY Long Time... OH YEY .. thank you.

This is was the worst experience in a E.R I have ever had. I went in at three months pregnant started to bleed and was in pain. It was a Saturday and I was informed by the nurse there was no one there to handle obstetrics or ultrasound. The nurse came in with a vascular hand held ultrasound put it on my belly she said "these things don't work that well" walks out (I'm crying entire time) she came back in I draw blood, lifts up my sleeve see's my tattoos and says what's all this and laughs, then due to donating plasma in the past my veins aren't the best and I have a small divet scar there also, she says have you used these a lot? Implying drug use. Still crying I said no ma'am, that is from donating plasma. After digging in my wrist and arm she finally drew blood from my other arm. As I had suggested before she started. A doctor with no bedside manner especially dealing with a woman who is in danger of possible miscarriage gave me a two second pelvic exam walks out not saying a word comes back in with a small ultrasound, can't see anything, he doesn't even look at me and says call for someone to come in and do ultrasound this isn't working. So three hours almost four later a ultrasound tech shows up, we get to the ultrasound room and she had locked herself out, they had to call on call maintenance man. I sat for another three hours waiting no one saying a word as I was bleeding and in pain. Finally have ultrasound and within ten minutes doc comes in says there's no heartbeat walks out. This did not stop there. I had the heartache of miscarrying at home. Weeks passed I got a certified letter stating I needed to call the e.r.. I call turns out I had and still have a infection that get sent me home with that was in my labs that they drew and they were sorry that they would call in antibiotics for me. Is been four days and nothing now I call the e.r and I keep getting shifted I voice mail to voicemail. Don't go here ever. It's horrible
